Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the digital subscription products that AKDN Technologies, Inc. ("AKDN", "we", "our", or "us") operates and commercializes in the United States, including ChatPrime and ChatPlus (the "Products").
For customers in the United States, payments are processed and contracted with AKDN Technologies, Inc. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Products.
These Terms should be read with our Privacy Policy and Payment and contracting disclosure.
1. The Products
The Products are consumer software applications offered on a free and paid-subscription basis. Paid plans unlock premium features such as additional AI models, higher usage limits, and creative tools. Plan details and prices are shown before purchase in the app or on the official US web funnel.
2. Contracting entity
If you are located in the United States, your contract for web-checkout purchases of the Products is with AKDN Technologies, Inc. By completing a US web purchase, you authorize AKDN to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees, including automatic renewals until you cancel.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by those platforms under their terms.
3. Subscriptions and renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Canceling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period already paid. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
4. Cancellation
Web purchases can be canceled through the manage-subscription link in your confirmation email or by contacting support.
Store purchases must be canceled in your Apple or Google account settings.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the Products only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the Products, attempt to disrupt them, or use them to generate content that is illegal or that infringes other people's rights.
