This Privacy Policy explains how AKDN Technologies, Inc. ("AKDN", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the digital subscription products we operate and commercialize in the United States, including ChatPrime and ChatPlus (the "Products").
For customers in the United States, AKDN is the company that contracts with you for US web-checkout payments and that processes payment-related information for those purchases.
Information we collect
- Account details you provide, such as email address and display name.
- Content you submit in the Products, such as prompts and uploaded images, used to provide the service.
- Device, usage, and diagnostic data needed to operate, secure, and improve the Products.
- Payment information for US web checkout. Card details are processed by our payment partners. AKDN does not store full card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to provide the Products, process US payments, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve the service.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us operate the Products, including payment processors, cloud infrastructure, and AI model providers that process prompts you submit. We do not sell personal information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA. Contact legal@akdn.app to make a request.
